1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data processed through this website is Oleksandr Vyshnevskyi, a freelance front-end developer based in Poland. Contact: oleksandr.vyshnevskyi.work@gmail.com.
2. What data is collected
Only the data you choose to send through the contact form:
- name and email address,
- project type, deadline and project description,
- optionally — your WhatsApp / Telegram contact.
If you write to me by email, I receive your email address and the content of your message.
3. Why and on what legal basis
Your data is used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and — if we decide to work together — to carry out the project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to me).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address I can't reply to you.
4. Who else processes the data
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — delivers contact-form messages to my inbox and acts as a data processor. Data transferred outside the EEA is protected by the safeguards described in Formspree's privacy policy and data processing agreement.
- Google (Gmail) — my email provider, where replies and messages are stored.
- GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) — hosts this website and may log technical data such as your IP address for security purposes.
Your data is never sold or used for marketing.
5. How long it is kept
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for as long as needed to complete the project and for the period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting rules) or to handle possible claims.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, just email me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking tools. Fonts, scripts and map data are served from this domain — no third-party requests are made while you browse. A request to Formspree is made only when you submit the contact form.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
